Inventory list

Open Inventory to view and manage the item catalog.

• Add Item: Create one new SKU.
• Import Inventory: Create or update products and inventory in bulk.
• Import Kit: Import kit definitions.
• Summary / Details: Change the amount of inventory detail shown.
• Search, Filters, Saved Views, and Columns: Find products and save frequently used list layouts.
• Show Zero Stock: Include products that currently have no inventory.
• Export: Download the selected inventory view.

Select a SKU in the Item SKU column to open its item detail page.

Create a new SKU

1. Open Inventory.
2. Select Add Item.
3. On the Summary tab, select the client that owns the product.
4. Enter the required SKU and Description.
5. Complete the applicable item fields.
6. Open Inventory Settings and configure the UOMs, tracking, replenishment, and pallet settings.
7. Select Save.
