Packem Print connects Packem to the printers and scales installed on a warehouse computer. Complete the account, desktop app, and printer configuration before testing.

Before you begin

Confirm that:

• You can access Settings in Packem.
• The printer is installed on the warehouse computer and can print from the computer itself.
• The computer is online and will remain available while Packem is printing.
• You know which Packem facility user, form types, paper size, and orientation should use this printer.

1. Open Printer Settings

1. In Packem, open Settings.
2. Select the Printer Settings tab.
3. Under Print Provider, select Packem Printer App.

2. Create or connect a Packem Print account

1. Under Printer Configurations, select Add.
2. In New Printer Setup, enter a Packem Print Username using an email address.
3. Enter a secure Packem Print Password.
4. Select Connect.
5. If the account already exists, select Choose Existing Email and connect the existing account instead.

Use the same Packem Print username and password in the desktop app. Keep these credentials secure and available to the warehouse administrator responsible for printer setup.
