The client portal gives a customer controlled access to their Packem information.

Before you invite a user

• Confirm the client record is correct.
• Confirm the user’s email address.
• Decide which pages and functions the user should access.
• Apply least-privilege access: grant only what the user needs.

Create portal access

1. Open Clients and select the client.
2. Open Client Portal.
3. Enter the user’s email address.
4. Select the pages and permissions the user should have.
5. Send the invitation.
6. Ask the user to accept the invitation and sign in.

Validate access

• [ ] The invitation was received.
• [ ] The user can sign in.
• [ ] The user sees the correct client.
• [ ] Allowed pages are visible.
• [ ] Restricted pages and other clients are not visible.
