Before you begin
- Confirm the correct client and facility.
- Remove duplicate SKUs from the source file.
- Decide the primary UOM and any case, carton, or pallet conversions.
- Confirm whether you are creating products, loading on-hand inventory, or both.
Add inventory manually
- Open Inventory.
- Select Add Inventory.
- Choose the client and enter the SKU, description, UOM, location, quantity, and any required lot or expiration details.
- Indicate whether the stock is palletized when applicable.
- Review and save.
Import inventory
- Open Inventory and select Import Inventory.
- Download the current template.
- Complete the required columns without renaming the headers.
- Upload the file.
- Review validation messages and correct every rejected row.
